It all started in police presence. When I left that spot and took the highway, he started chasing and almost kept ramming from side and then overtook and blocked me on national highway. He kept punching with maximum force on the car then.

@bajajgeneral why are you repeating it. You have not mailed anything about claim withdrawal. You've said your damages are old & multiple (which I disagree as you are referring to bottom cover while i am referring to parts beneath it) while i'm asking about claim withdrawal since date of survey

My claim is still not withdrawn.
YOU DO NOT WANT TO SPEND MONEY ON THE CLAIM AND WANT THE CUSTOMER TO LOOSE NCB TOO ??
