I had a booking under which yesterday (3 day before trip) I have received an email that your hotel needs to be changed. I confirmed, Post that I haven't received any communication. Your IVR number is not working, no one mail response. NL2121215589534

@makemytripcare Hi Team, 2 days before the trip I was asked to accommodate a 2 star hotel instead of a 4 star hotel.
I don't know how this works.

On the 23rd evening sorry you will have to book a new hotel
24th morning sorry old hotel is still booked
24th afternoon sorry new hotel to be booked
