Customer care executive confirmed to me that the order is cancelled but still order is showing that it will be delivered by 2nd Dec.. this order is already delayed
@WakefitCo@SupportWakefit so it seems wakefit deliberately delivers one part of product in 2 days and then sleeps over the other part so that if customer wants to cancel the order then he wont be able to cancel the 1st item due to cancellation time expiry

@MyntraSupport@MyntraSupport so as per your process your people can come on customer care call and give random verbal confirmations and when asked for written confirmation there is no process for that..writing this after getting false confirmations
