The architectural choices are equally interesting constraining the online data model, aggressively partitioning the workload, and separating the serving path from more complex analytical access.

I’m particularly proud that @AzureCosmosDB provides the database foundation underneath this architecture. At these volumes, scale is not simply about adding storage or throughput. The database has to continuously distribute an enormous workload, elastically absorb changes in demand, place and replicate data across the world, and maintain availability through infrastructure and regional failures all without pushing that distributed-systems complexity back into the application.

This is precisely the engineering territory Cosmos DB was designed for: elastic horizontal scale, global distribution, multi-region high availability, predictable low-latency access, and multiple consistency choices. 

We are continuing to push the limits of what a globally distributed operational database can support, and we are ready for customers building at this end of the scale spectrum.

See the quality of road work which was done a day ago in front of kcvalley stp plant, Balagere Road, Varthur. This is the 4th time the road is being laid by bwssb in last 1 year after it was dug for Kolar pipe line. It does not last even a week each time
