Hey @myUNiDAYS, I am facing a major support deadlock in India. Your team is rejecting my official university provisional admission letter and paid fee receipt for a Lenovo discount just because of a naming convention. support ticketThread ID: 956decac-6876-45e6-af48-ac8343063e0d"
Dear @cbseindia29,
Blurred pages, unclear scans, OSM confusion —

Dear @cbseindia29, are we a joke? Copies were scanned so badly even we can’t read them, yet 50+ teachers are expected to check them accurately. Just give 15–20 grace marks to all and end this. It’s a waste of time and money for everyone.

You have made a complete mockery of the education system and of the lives of lakhs of students and parents across the country.
First, you introduced a new paper-checking and evaluation system without properly informing students, schools, or parents about how it would work, what the marking pattern would be, or how moderation would happen. You treated students like experimental subjects instead of young individuals whose futures depend on these exams.
Then came the results — rushed, inconsistent, and shockingly disappointing for countless deserving students. Years of hard work were reduced to questionable evaluation standards and careless execution. Students who consistently performed well suddenly found themselves battling inexplicable marks, shattered confidence, and uncertainty about their future.
And when students and parents naturally wanted transparency through rechecking and verification, your website collapsed for days. “Under maintenance” became the standard response while students sat in panic, anxiety, and helplessness. Even after the portal reopened, people still couldn’t log in.
Is this what India’s premier education board has come to?
Do you have any idea what these children are going through? The mental trauma, sleepless nights, panic attacks, fear of losing college admissions, and emotional breakdowns inside homes across the country? Parents are watching their children suffer while institutions responsible for protecting their future continue to hide behind technical glitches and poor planning.
This is not incompetence anymore ….this is negligence.
The Ministry of Education and CBSE must understand that they are dealing with human lives, careers and mental health not just data sheets and servers. If any unfortunate consequences arise out of this stress, anxiety, and institutional failure the responsibility will lie squarely on those who created this chaos.
Students deserved clarity.
Parents deserved accountability.
Instead, they got confusion, silence, and a broken system @cbseindia29@AllCBSENews@cbse_guide@EduMinOfIndia@dpradhanbjp@PMOIndia
It took me around 2 hours to login, now 2 time payment deducted from account but it shows payment not successful. Thats the wonderful example, how efficient we are.
@EduMinOfIndia students facing challenges to apply for revaluation at CBSE website. Already suffered because of OSM. I thinks ministry sleeping. No one cares.
CBSE, this is not just an IT glitch — it is a student-service failure. Since yesterday the photocopy portal has been unstable, and today payments are still failing before completion, creating stress, confusion, and loss of precious time for students and parents who need the copy to decide on revaluation.
A more practical response would be:
Publish a centralized “application accepted, payment pending” status by application ID so students get an official timestamp immediately.
Extend the photocopy window automatically for all applicants affected during the outage, without asking them to reapply.
Temporarily disable repeated payment attempts on the same application ID and force a single retry path once the gateway stabilizes.
Put up a live status banner on the portal so families know whether the issue is at CBSE, the gateway, or the bank, instead of guessing and retrying.
The main point is simple: when the system fails, CBSE should protect the student first and reconcile the backend later. This needs immediate intervention from PMO to ensure accountability and a working fix.
