@British_Airways Thanks for responding. I was cornered into a downgraded economy seat at the airport, I have important meetings and no alternative was offered. No empathy at all. What’s the point of BA loyalty if this is how I’m treated? I’ll move my regular business travel and points elsewhere.
Fuming with @British_Airways! Oversold my CPT-LHR flight, told me at the airport, downgraded me with NO compensation. Zero empathy, just “computer says no”.I paid for a higher seat due to a swollen ankle & medical advice to keep my leg raised, but I can’t trust BA today. #BAFail
@virginmedia I’ve gone through all your troubleshooting, and your remote check you do says there’s a problem but then just refers to an error that you are unable to help at the moment, try again later.
