வடமாநிலத்தில் எங்கள் தலைவர் சென்ற பின் அவர் இருந்த மேடையை தண்ணீர் உற்றி கழுவிய அழுக்கேறிய மதவாத மேட்டுக்குடி மனநிலையின் நீட்சியே இது.

அதற்கு நீண்ட நேரம் முதல்வர் சிரித்துப் பேசினார் என்கிறார் அந்த அறிவு ஜீவி.

உங்களுடன் நீண்ட நேரம் சிரித்து பேசுவதுதான் கூட்டணியில் தொடருவதற்கான ஒப்பந்தமா? சரி முதல்வராவது ஒரே ஒரு முறை ராகுல்காந்திதான் பிரதமர் வேட்பாளர் என்று சொல்லிவிட்டால் போதுமே. பிரச்சினை தீர்ந்ததே.

முதல்வர் கூட சொல்ல வேண்டாம் அந்தக் கட்சியில் உள்ள முன்னனிப் பொறுப்பில் உள்ளோர் யாராவது சொல்லட்டுமே, அது கூட வேண்டாம், நீண்ட நேரம் உங்களிடம் சிரித்துப் பேசிய முதல்வரிடம் நம் அணியின் பிரதமர் வேட்பாளர் எங்கள் தலைவர் ராகுல் காந்திதான் என்று நீங்கள் அழுத்தமாகச் சொல்லி அதை அவரும் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு உங்களிடமாவது உத்தரவாதம் தந்தாரா? தந்திருந்தால் அதையாவது சொல்லுங்கள��ன்.

பிரதமர் மோடி குறித்தோ, உள்துறை அமைச்சர் அமித்ஷா குறித்தோ, பாஜக குறித்தோ சட்டப்பேரவையில் விமர்சித்தால் அது சட்டப்பேரவைக் குறிப்பில் இருந்து வேகமாக நீக்கப்படுகிறதே அது ஏன் என்று அடுத்த முறை சிரித்துப் பேசும் போது முதல்வரிடம் கேட்டுச் சொல்லுங்கள்.

உழைக்காமல் கிடைத்த பதவியை அனுபவிப்பது எளிது; உழைத்து இயக்கத்தை வளர்ப்பதுதான் கடினம். பதவியின் உயரம் ஒருவரின் அரசியல் உயரத்தைத் தீர்மானிப்பதில்லை; அவர் இயக்கத்திற்காகச் செய்த உழைப்பும் அ��்ப்பணிப்புமே அதைத் தீர்மானிக்கும்.

காலம் பலரை முன்னிறுத்தும்; அதே காலம் பலரை மறந்தும் போகும். ஆனால் ஒரு பேரியக்கத்திற்காக நேர்மையாக உழைத்தவர்களின் பங்களிப்பை வரலாறு பதிவு செய்யும்.

காங்கிரஸ் பேரியக்கம் தனிநபர்களைவிடப் பெரியது. பதவிகளைவிட அதன் கொள்கை பெரியது.

தற்போதைய தமிழ்நாட்டின் முதல்வர் தான் பிரதமர் வேட்பாளர் என்போர் பக்கம் நின்று கொண்டு என் தலைவர் திரு ராகுல் காந்தி தான் பிரதமர் எனச் சொல்லும் என் மீது கல்லெறிபவர் என்னை யார் என்று கேட்கிறார்.

I strongly condemn this Bill, which strikes at the very root of democracy, and I call upon all the democratic forces to unite against this attempt to turn India into a dictatorship.

The Union BJP Government has decided to defile the Constitution and its democratic foundations by turning India into a dictatorship under the Prime Minister.

After the expose of #VoteTheft, the very mandate on which the Union BJP Government was formed is in serious question. Its legitimacy is doubtful. Having stolen the mandate of the people through fraud, the BJP is now desperate to distract public attention from this exposé. To do that, they have brought in the #130thConstitutionalAmendmentBill.

The plan of this Bill is clear. It allows the BJP to foist false cases against political opponents in power across States and remove them by misusing provisions that treat even a 30-day arrest as a ground for removal of an elected leader, without any conviction or trial. This unconstitutional amendment will certainly be struck down by the courts because guilt is decided only after trial, not by the mere registration of a case.

This is a sinister attempt to intimidate regional parties in the NDA, whose leaders are CMs or Ministers in various States — “stick with us or else…”

The first move of any emerging dictator is to give himself the power to arrest and remove rivals from office. That is exactly what this Bill seeks to do.

The interview by the #CEC is raising more questions than providing answers to the issues highlighted by the #INDIA bloc.

The following questions arise:

2.The enrolment of new voters is abnormally low. Were these young voters enumerated? Has any database been compiled to show how many youngsters who turned 18 on the qualifying date were included?

3.The procedure for enquiry and two appeals, along with their timelines as contemplated under the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960, may exclude a huge number of voters in the forthcoming elections in Bihar. Is the ECI going to address this issue?

4.Will the #ECI take these practical difficulties into account while conducting #SIR in other States?

5.On 17/07/2025, we requested the ECI to delete the names of deceased voters from the rolls by undertaking the exercise contemplated in its 01/05/2025 notification. When will this be done?

6.What prevents the ECI from enlisting Aadhaar as one of the acceptable documents to prove a voter’s claim?

7.If “Fair Elections” is truly the aim of the ECI, why can’t it be more transparent and voter-friendly?

3.Registration of Electors Rules, 1960-இன்கீழ் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள விசாரணை மற்றும் இரண்டு முறையீடு நடைமுறைக்கான காலவரையறை, எதிர்வரும் பீகார் மாநிலத் தேர்தலில் பெருமளவிலான வாக்காளர்களை விலக்கும் வாய்ப்புள்ளது. இவ்விவகாரத்தைத் தேர்தல் ஆணையம் எவ்வாறு தீர்க்கப் போகிறது?

4.பிற மாநிலங்களில் சிறப்புத் தீவிரத் திருத்தம் (SIR) மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்போது, இந்த நடைமுறைச் சிக்கல்களைத் தேர்தல் ஆணையம் கணக்கில்கொள்ளுமா?

5.01/05/2025 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்ட அறிவிப்பின்படி, மறைந்�� வாக்காளர்களின் பெயரை நீக்குமாறு 17/07/2025 அன்று தேர்தல் ஆணையத்திடம் ��ாங்கள் முறையிட்டோம். இது எப்போது நிறைவேற்றப்படும்?

6.வாக்காளரின் உரிமையை உறுதிப்படுத்தும் ஆவணமாக ஆதாரை ஏற்கத் தேர்தல் ஆணையத்தைத் தடுப்பது எது?

7.“நியாயமான தேர்தல்கள்” என்பதே தேர்தல் ஆணையத்தின் இலக்காக இருக்குமானால், அது மேலும் வெளிப்படைத்தன்மையுடனும் - வாக்காளர்களுக்கு நெருக்கமாகவும் இருக்கலாமே?
