This lady is parking her car right in front of BIS office gate for 3 days.. Not allowing any vehicles to leave from BIS office. All officers are stuck badly. Even police is not able to take any action against her despite complaints made to police and her Dept (Delhi Transco Ltd)

Lockdown has been completely relaxed in delhi, all shops, markets, and ALL ROADS, except the barricades placed during Lockdown.. Which is making the traffic a nightmare..
