Absolutely disappointed with @Crompton_India service. For the past 22 days, I’ve made multiple calls and raised several service requests, but no action has been taken. Today, they simply cancelled my request without resolving the issue. This is unacceptable customer support

@Crompton_India 2. Your field executives just need money and do not have any intention of fixing customer problem, they call saying that they will visit today itself and as soon as I say that it is under warranty, they will disconnect saying they cannot visit

@WhatsApp says that I (my Aunt) cannot login to my account but let's my hacker login without any OTP, change my registered email ID, send messages to my contact asking for money but does not let me login to my account.

I have activated "block all DND" and yet I get spammed in an hour by 100's of calls from multiple spam numbers. What action are you taking against these numbers to keep us safe. ?

Is this how drivers are taught to drive on hills.? This driver drives with mobile in one hand and steering in the other, making video calls for most of the time.

@SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile Bought an M30 earlier this year. Instead of increasing the no of cameras. Pls do work on clarity of images it clicks. Never thought I will be paying 18k to downgrade my camera quality.
