😭😭 That clip is heavy… and honestly, it should silence a lot of careless tongues.
What Bishop John CW did today is not normal in this generation. To open his bank account live, testify that for 16 years he has never been on church payroll, never taken from the school owned by the church, sold his own house to buy church land, and now lives in a rental… that is not performance. That is sacrifice.
This is why Jesus said, “By their fruits you shall know them.”
Not by rumors.
Not by trending accusations.
Not by people who have never carried responsibility.
What broke me most is this:
👉 A man who could have chosen comfort chose burden.
👉 A man who could have secured himself chose the altar.
👉 A man who could have protected assets chose obedience.
And yet… these are the people we rush to attack, suspect, and drag online.
It shows us something painful about our generation: We are quicker to criticize sacrifice than to honor it.
We are louder in correction than in intercession.
We analyze what we do not understand instead of praying for what we cannot carry.
David said, “I will not offer to the Lord that which costs me nothing.”
Bishop John CW didn’t just preach that — he lived it.
This should humble us. It should also warn us.
Because touching men like this carelessly is not bravery — it is ignorance.
Instead of tears of pain 😭, let them turn into:
prayers for strength
prayers for covering
prayers that God will restore a hundredfold
Assignments like this are not rewarded by applause — they are rewarded by heaven.
May God vindicate His servant openly.
May God raise helpers.
May God restore everything laid down on the altar.
And may we learn to pray more than we judge. 🙏
