Toni and the Extra Session - Part 1

@toni41981495 finished the tactical meeting and went up to the captain’s hotel room still wearing his training kit and team jersey. The captain checked his watch, said he was not ready, and told Toni they would do extra endurance work instead, with no talking.

Ropes and tape came out at once. Toni’s wrists were bound behind his back, he was secured to a chair at chest, waist and ankles, then blindfolded and gagged with tape. The captain placed a hand on his chest and controlled his breathing through by taping the nose, lengthening the holds until sweat soaked the jersey.

When the last interval ended the chair bindings were cut but the rest stayed on; Toni was walked into the shower and pushed under the cold spray until the jersey clung dripping to him. Only then were the remaining ties removed. “That’s the extra session,” the captain said. “Be on time tomorrow.” Toni walked back to his room in the soaked kit.
