As expected from the Indian judiciary, the presiding officer or judge is on leave today and the case has been adjourned to 20 November 2026. Yes you read that right after one whole year.

First it took a year to submit the charge sheet and now another year just to begin the hearing. First Atul Subash, now his family harassed with dates. This is the justice system of Bharat. 😣😤

ANOTHER LIFE LOST TO A FALSE RAPE CASE

He was a software engineer earning in 7 figures

Apple of his parents eyes, highly ambitious

BUT TODAY HE IS DEAD, JUST 29

Met a girl through matrimony site

Spoke to her for 4 months, fell in love. Wanted to marry her

They finally met in a hotel. Guy saw she was constantly deleting messages on her phone & disconnecting calls. He felt something suspicious

He questioned her. She asked him to ignore & compelled him to get physical. He refused. She took off clothes and tried to lure him again but he pushed her and said he wanted to marry her and if he cannot trust he won't go ahead

THAT'S IT

Girl started threatening him of a rape case & making his family rot in Jail. He immediately got out of the room and called the cops. She smashed her head on the wall and called the cops too. AND CRIED RAPE

He was immediately arrested even though the girl didn't agree to go for medical & it was the guy who called cops first

He spent 15 days in Jail where he was subjected to immense humiliation and torture

He couldn't understand what just happened to his life. Went into depression after coming out from Jail and eventually killed himself

His mother is in ICU and the entire family is under shock.

If you're a law abiding, simple man, One wrong relationship can cause irreparable damage to your life.

THIS GUY IS NO MORE

And his family is now afraid of fighting back fearing that this woman will further file false cases if they fight

Feeling just so sad listening to this case. I wish he reached out to us. I wish he fought back instead of giving up....

Have assured the family we shall do all that's possible to help. Not sure if they will fight
