Issue: I was unable to see OTP for my booking at 12.30. the professional arrived on time. But because my app and her app weren't working, I was unable to take the service (which was very very important). And later the service was cancelled and not rescheduled

I tried to reschedule multiple times but the app cancelled my booking itself. CHECK NOW. THE PROFESSIONAL SHOULD NOT SUFFER BECAUSE OF THIS.
