@pescami I think that in France an ‘entrée’ is usually an appetizer. It’s the ‘entry’ to the meal, so to speak. ‘Amuse-bouche’ is a little different- a tiny bite to whet the appetite-free from the chef. But I ain’t French! I’ve heard every episode of your show. It keeps me sane!
