Li Co SP have been hit hard for 18 months but supply will be short again due to mothballed projects.

Everyone is talking about M&A in #Lithium and investors are speculating "who is next?"

#ALL's biggest shareholder Assore has tabled 2 bids at 33p - both rejected by the board (far too low)

Assore last week increased their stake in #ALL by 4% now sitting at 28.5%

5+ mainstream mining media outlets have published articles suggesting that Assore are preparing another bid

Rumours circulating that Assore are set to increase their previous bid to get past board approval

Assore have the cash and they're backed by billionaires and a multi-billion global conglomerate

A bid of 50p would not be unexpected but would significantly undervalue the business and it's potential

#ALL Bewazde license is not part of the original Cape Coast licenses. This is brand new, out of the box and unexpected.

It is not a huge area but location is significant and adjacent to Egyasimanku Hill which the Geo's believe to be a giant lithium pegmatite.

Grant of license at this specific location demonstrates that the Ghanaian government is pushing forward to support a much bigger resource, a much longer mine life AND eventually enough lithium to justify a conversion plant.

We know from reconnaissance around Egyasimanku Hill that many surface swarms exist. Auger drilling will reveal what's beneath the surface.
