I planned to sleep early tonight but it's currently 1am and I've made no attempts to turn off my phone. Infact, I started using SleepCycle again to keep myself accountable and it's making me realise just how bad my sleep schedule has gotten - I blame COVID & TikTok 🙃 #HSBH2009
@emilysmgao22 I’ve always thought that too! Especially since it’s a phone app & not a device attached to us eg. smart watch. But, I do love the sleep quality function. I enjoy comparing my own rating of my sleep each night to the apps rating. What’s your favourite function? #HSBH2009
