@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia Tried to book tatkal sleeper class, i was entered on payment page at 11:02Am then please wait for 2 min and otp entered at 11:05 am and seat not available payment drop notification at 11:12 am and credit card debited at 11:17 am.And seat not booked.

Ivr gave 15 days timeline airtel store don’t pick calls , in twitter dm no response. Very worst service. But as a postpaid customer need to pay for every single day
