This is the same trial court judgement passed on 7th September.

Also, note the statement by court:
"Had the offences under the SC/ST Act not been involved, it might have considered granting relief to Bharti, as the incident appeared to have been spontaneous in response to a comment."

Means if SC/ST act was not invoked, bail would have been granted as it was not a serious offence.
Shows exactly what we have been telling from long time-consuming
"SC/ST act is against the natural principle of justice."

Serious reforms are needed in this law ASAP.
