కాంట్రాక్టర్ తరపున కాదు ఇప్పుడు దుర్గానగర్ ​ప్రజల తరపున నిలబడాల్సిన అవసరం వచ్చింది..

ప్రజల ప్రాణాల కంటే కాంట్రాక్టర్ లాభమే ముఖ్యమనిపించేలా అధికారుల నివేదికలు మారుతున్నాయి.

​అధికారుల 'కప్పగంతుల' రాజకీయం:
​జూలై 2025లో "అంతా క్షేమం" అన్నారు ప్రజలు మొత్తుకున్నా, "ఎటువంటి నష్టం జరగలేదు, కాంట్రాక్టర్ పరిమితిలోనే పేలుళ్లు చేస్తున్నారు" అని తహశీల్దార్ సర్టిఫికేట్ ఇచ్చారు.
అక్టోబర్ 2025: "నష్టం నిజమే" అని ఒప్పుకున్నారు, అక్టోబర్ నాటికి ఇళ్లు బీటలు వారుతున్నాయని, ప్రజల ఆవేదన నిజమని విచారణలో తేలిందని అదే తహశీల్దార్ ఒప్పుకున్నారు. మరి జూలైలో ఇచ్చిన అబద్ధపు రిపోర్టుకు బాధ్యులెవరు కారణం ఏమిటి?

​కాంట్రాక్టర్ లాభం కోసం సాకులు: యంత్రాలతో తవ్వితే ఖర్చు ఎక్కువ అవుతుందట! అందుకే ప్రజల ఇళ్లు కూలిపోయినా పర్వాలేదు కానీ, కాంట్రాక్టర్ జేబు నుండి పైసా అదనంగా ఖర్చు అవ్వకూడదనేది అధికారుల తాపత్రయం.
​సమస్య తీరకుండానే 'క్లోజ్డ్' మార్క్: ఇళ్లకు నష్టం జరుగుతోందని అంగీకరిస్తూనే, అర్జీలను పరిష్కరించినట్లు (Closed) ప్రకటించడం ప్రజలను వంచించడం కాదా?

​ప్రజలారా ఆలోచించండి!
​అధికారులు కాంట్రాక్టర్‌కు కొమ్ముకాస్తూ, ప్రజల ప్రాణాలను పణంగా పెడుతున్నారు.
​సాంకేతిక తనిఖీల పేరుతో కాలయాపన చేస్తూ, పనులు వారు అనుకున్నట్టు డిసెంబర్ 2025లో పూర్తి చేసేలా కాంట్రాక్టర్‌కు సహకరించారు..

​ఈ రోజు మన పక్కింటి గోడ పగిలిందిలే అని ఉరుకుంటే రేపు మన ఇల్లు కూలిపోయే పరిస్థితి వస్తుంది.. ఇది ఒక గ్రామం లేదా ఒక ఇంటి సమస్య కాదు తీవ్ర రాజ్యాంగ ఉల్లాంఘన

దుర్గానగర్ ప్రజల కోసం ​డిమాండ్ చేద్దాం:

1. ​తక్షణమే భారీ పేలుళ్లను నిలిపివేసి, ప్రత్యామ్నాయ పద్ధతుల్లో పనులు కొనసాగించాలి.

2. ​అబద్ధపు నివేదికలు ఇచ్చిన అధికారులపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.

3. ​బాధితుల ఇళ్ళకి, ఆరు నెలలుగా వారికి కలిగిన మానసిక క్షోభకు పూర్తిస్థాయిలో నష్టపరిహారం చెల్లించాలి.

Profit vs. People? Polavaram Works at Durganagar..

​The residents of Durganagar support Polavaram, but they shouldn't sacrifice their homes for a contractor's cost-cutting negligence. Blasting is happening less than 50m from houses!
పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టుకు మేము మద్దతు ఇస్తున్నాం, కానీ కాంట్రాక్టర్ లాభం కోసం మా ఇళ్లను బలివ్వలేం. నివాసాలకు 50 మీటర్ల లోపే ప్రమాదకర పేలుళ్ళు జరపడం అన్యాయం!

​Legal Violations | చట్టపరమైన ఉల్లంఘనలు:

• ​200m Rule (NGT): No blasting allowed within 200m of houses. (NGT నిబంధన ప్రకారం 200 మీటర్ల లోపు బ్లాస్టింగ్ నిషిద్ధం).

• ​DGMS Reg 164: Written permission from Regional Inspector is mandatory within 500m. (500 మీటర్ల పరిధిలో బ్లాస్టింగ్‌కు DGMS అనుమతి తప్పనిసరి).

• ​CIMFR Study: Mandatory scientific vibration study for works within 300m. (300 మీటర్ల లోపు పనులకు CIMFR శాస్త్రీయ నివేదిక ఉండాలి).

• ​Vibration Limit: PPV must not exceed 5mm/s. (భూ ప్రకంపనలు 5mm/s మించకూడదు).

Missing Safety ప్రోటోకల్స్

గాలికి వదిలేసిన రక్షణ నియమాలు:

​No Muffling: No wire mesh/sandbags to stop fly-rock. (రాళ్లు ఎగరకుండా రక్షణ కవచాలు లేవు).
​No Monitoring: No Seismographs installed at houses. (ఇళ్ల వద్ద వైబ్రేషన్ కొలిచే యంత్రాలు లేవు).
​No Warning: No sirens at 10/5/1 minute intervals. (ముందస్తు సైరన్ హెచ్చరికలు లేవు).

​Safer Alternatives Exist | సురక్షిత మార్గాలు ఉన్నా ఎందుకు వాడరు?

​Why use dangerous explosives when Hydraulic Splitters or Chemical Expansives (Dexpan) can break rock silently with ZERO vibration?

నిశ్శబ్దంగా, ప్రకంపనలు లేకుండా రాయిని పగులగొట్టే 'హైడ్రాలిక్ స్ప్లిట్టర్స్' లేదా 'కెమికల్ ఏజెంట్స్' ఉండగా, ప్రాణాపాయం కలిగించే పేలుళ్లు ఎందుకు?

​Prioritizing money over human lives is a violation of Article 21. The Law will hold negligent officials and the contractor accountable!

URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Lives at Risk in Durganagar, Payakaraopeta!

​Despite a pending petition in the AP High Court (WP 31601/2025) and public assurances from the Home Minister, the relentless and terrifying blastings continue to shatter the lives of Durganagar residents.

​The Ground Reality:
​Families in Durganagar are living through a "daily routine" of sleepless nights, gripped by the fear of structural damage and physical harm.

​The blastings have not stopped as assured by authorities, leaving the community vulnerable and unheard.

​The residents filed their plea on 12.11.2025, yet the wait for a decisive hearing continues while the explosions do not.

​Our Appeal to the Hon'ble AP High Court:
We respectfully urge the High Court of Andhra Pradesh to urgently hear and decide on WP 31601/2025.

​The fundamental question remains "Is it legal to carry out hazardous blastings against the will of the people in a residential area? Past judicial precedents have often emphasized that the safety of residents must "preponderate over individual convenience" of leaseholders and that safe distances must be maintained from human habitation. Violation of prevailing laws with regards to blastings, fundamental constitutional Rights "right to Life"

​We Demand:

​An immediate stay on all blasting activities in the Durganagar area in less than 200meters.

​A formal ruling on the legality of these operations so close to residential homes.

​Protection of our right to live in safety and peace.

Even if delayed, justice will be delivered to the Durganagar villagers and lawful compensation will be ensured not only for the damage caused to their properties, but also for the trauma and mental distress inflicted upon them.

ఏపీ హైకోర్టులో పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న పిటిషన్ (WP 31601/2025) మరియు గౌరవ హోంమంత్రి ఇచ్చిన ప్రజలకు హామీలున్నప్పటికీ, భయంకరమైన పేలుళ్లు నిరంతరం కొనసాగుతూ దుర్గానగర్ నివాసుల జీవితాలను ఛిద్రం చేస్తున్నాయి.

క్షేత్ర స్థాయి వాస్తవాలు:

దుర్గానగర్ గ్రామంలో కుటుంబాలు ప్రతిరోజూ నిద్రలేని రాత్రులు గడుపుతున్నాయి; ఇళ్లకు నష్టం కలుగుతుందేమో, శారీరక హాని జరుగుతుందేమో అనే భయంతో ప్రజలు భయంతో జీవిస్తున్నాయ

అధికారుల హామీలకు విరుద్ధంగా పేలుళ్లు జరుగుతున్నాయి. దుర్గానగర్ ప్రజలు 12.11.2025న పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేసినప్పటికీ, ఆ పిటిషన్ విచారణకు నోచుకోలేదు.. వారం వారం కోర్టు సానుకుల నిర్ణయం కోసం ప్రజల ఎదురుచూపులు ఫలించడంలేదు.. పేలుళ్లు ఆగడం లేదు..

WP 31601/2025ను అత్యవసరంగా విచారించి తక్షణ నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవాలని వినయపూర్వకంగా గౌరవ ఏపీ హైకోర్టుకు మా విజ్ఞప్తి.

ముఖ్యమైన ప్రశ్న ఇంకా మిగిలే ఉంది:
“నివాస ప్రాంతంలో ప్రజల ఇష్టానికి విరుద్ధంగా ప్రమాదకరమైన పేలుళ్లు నిర్వహించడం చట్టబద్ధమేనా?”
గత న్యాయ తీర్పులు తరచుగా, లీజుదారుల వ్యక్తిగత సౌలభ్యాల కంటే నివాసుల భద్రతకే ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వాలని, మానవ నివాసాలకు సురక్షిత దూరాలు తప్పనిసరిగా పాటించాలనే విషయాన్ని స్పష్టం చేశాయి. పాయకరావుపేటలో పేలుళ్లకు సంబంధించిన ప్రస్తుత చట్టాల ఉల్లంఘన, రాజ్యాంగ ప్రాథమిక హక్కైన “జీవించే హక్కు” ఉల్లంఘన ఎదేచ్చగా జరుగుతుంది

మా డిమాండ్లు:
దుర్గానగర్ ప్రాంతంలో నివాసాల నుంచి 200 మీటర్లలోపు జరుగుతున్న అన్ని పేలుళ్లపై తక్షణమే నిలుపుదల విధించాలి.

నివాస గృహాలకు ఇంత సమీపంలో జరుగుతున్న ఈ కార్యకలాపాల చట్టబద్ధతపై స్పష్టమైన న్యాయ నిర్ణయం ఇవ్వాలి.

భద్రతతో, ప్రశాంతతతో జీవించే వారి హక్కులను గౌరవించాలి.. పరిరక్షించాలి.

మేము పాయకరావుపేట నివాసుల పక్షాన నిలుస్తున్నాం. ఆలస్యం అయినా వారికి కోర్టులు న్యాయం చేస్తాయి.. వారి ఆస్తులకు, మనస్సుకు కలిగిన గాయాలకు కూడా పరిహారం చట్ట పరంగానే లభిస్తుంది..
