@rhinosteveo@OldArmyFight@GhostOfQC44 If we want to get technical here, electricians and plumbers have higher mid career outcomes than both universities.
@DeanneJohnson7@PeterBurnsESPN Interestingly enough this is the period in which you claim all of your national titles, so clearly the team wasn’t that bad!
@UTBarstool Leave us out = don’t schedule hard non con games. Put us in = the game doesn’t matter. It’s no more than an exhibition.
Regardless of who we played and hypothetically beat week 1, this team isn’t good enough to make a playoff run.
@NashTalksTexas We are also omitting the obvious fact that Texas getting in at 9-3 with OSU on the schedule, or a hypothetical 10-2 had we played a JV HS team, everyone who has watched UT this season should be able to admit we would get our asses kicked. We’re simply not that good.
@NashTalksTexas Scheduling and beating OSU would cover up the bad loss to Fl and Ga. If keeping 9-3 UT out is sign from CFP to not schedule, what would putting us in mean? That the game means nothing at all? It’s truly an exhibition?
@NashTalksTexas 9-3 Texas assumes a win over atm. That aside, we have played 8 quarters of complete football this season. 4 against OU, 3 against vandy, 1 against msu. We would get left out because we have not looked good for the majority of the season, not bc we scheduled OSU.
