AIIMS, JIPMER AND PGI should come together and offer 10 MBBS seats for a fee of 10 crore each or auction them to the highest bidder and use that money for welfare of poor patients. I bet these seats will sell out.
Yesterday, my account was hacked for a while and strangely, my most viral tweet was deleted. So here it is, updated for 2025 for science and health-illiterates.

For more context, in the last 3 years, he has probably visited 10 countries, drives a Merc, and has tried his hands at different businesses on the side.
If you have potential and the willingness to get your hands dirty, you'll find your way. Ignore Bhandari.
A close friend of mine, just out of college, got a job for 4LPA. He wasn't a kickass dev but during his tenure at his first company (service-based), he worked on several projects across different tech stacks.
Within 2 years, he was more polyglot than most fullstack devs I knew at the time. He could pick any stack and deliver, estimate timelines, take leadership roles, and was already good with communications. But ofcourse, within the same company, his chances of jumping from 4LPA to 40LPA were slim.
So, he applied for a different company (remote, as a dev rel). He aced the interviews and got the job. He never told me his exact CTC but I'm sure it was $80k+/year.
Only people like Bhandari here would try to exploit you based on your current circumstances. Don't pay attention to these clowns or believe that career growth has to be linear. Take your shots. Value your skills and time. You'll find the right fit sooner or later.
As long as you deliver as per the expectations and fit the bill, nothing else matters.
A #Bengaluru resident Dr.Kiran has served legal notice to #BBMP, alleging that its failure to maintain basic infrastructure has caused him continuous physical hardship & suffered neck/back pain.He has demanded compensation of 50 lakh to cover medical expenses & emotional distress
You can be veryyyyy popular at your workplace , but trust me, if you're fired today, no one from work will call you after 1 week. Avoid gossip. Don't brag. Do your job. Get paid. Go home! Period!!!
I pay GST not because I have faith in the system, I pay because I have to, there is no way out.
All the tax I am paying is going to some babu or a corrupt contractor or politician.
I get nothing in return.
Broken roads, filthy premises, polluted air, adulterated food, corrupt govt officials, no security, collapsing bridges, no clean water, no quality education, overcrowded hospitals, endless traffic jams, delayed justice, electricity cuts, waterlogging, crumbling public transport, and rising crime rates... I can go on and on.
@hyderabaddoctor This happens because the seniors are not cooperative. They give all the work to juniors in most institutions. The mentality “humne kiya hai tum bhi karo” is the root cause of all the stress in the hospital.
One of the person is actually a protestant Christian by birth and practice.
Caste continues to haunt and affect you even after you have converted to an Abrahamic religion.
@karthik2k2 You are just conveniently diverting the actual question.
Even if there are 3 SC girls and they raise hands, would it make any sense!? Obviously they have to marry SC boys only
Let's just focus on the actual discussion point.

And not exploit what is meant for sick
A clean water dispenser, even a paid one, would be much more useful on a long distance train than useless ATM.
Who gives you such ideas Mr @AshwiniVaishnaw ?
@mayurekbote@vishusworld@ravihanda Sir, please write few steps at high level to follow. I am struggling to close my account with a private bank online. They say visit sent branch and the nearest is just 80+ kms away.
Minister: Suna hai public is demanding ATMs on trains.
PA: No sir, actually... no one has ever demanded that. People want prevention of unauthorised entry, more trains, functional IRCTC site, and better security.
Minister: No. ATMs are far more urgent. Let’s do that only.
