I am very happy that some of the research carried out by our team as part of my #PALAMUSTO secondment can be used for a new guided tour at the Palácio Nacional de Sintra 🍽️📷😋
REMINDER: Today is the last day to register for the upcoming workshop (22 Sept.), “Constructive Collaboration between Palace- and Castle Museums and Academia”, co-organized with @muzeumlazienki, @warsaw Uni of Warsaw, & @PALAMUSTO_ETN. To register, visit: https://t.co/mE8FcCglmm
Many thanks to Dr Thomas Lyngby, research director of Frederiksborg castle, for the awesome exchange, the amazing tour and for the very interesting book I was given regarding the history and architecture of the palace chapel.

I'm so looking forward to this evening's virtual seminar of the Society for Court Studies regarding cultural heritage, museums and academic research #SCSVirtualSeries
Today the @PALAMUSTO_ETN team had an interesting Q&A session addressing an overview on the Portuguese architectural history and the management of palace museums. What a nice educational appetizer before our on site visits in Portugal in two weeks.
It was interesting to reflect on the state of endurance in different historical, religious and geographical contexts. If you work on similar topics, I'd love to chat with you.

I'm very happy to share that I've participated in the @eahn_org Thematic Conference ''Architecture and Endurance'' hosted by METU Department of Architecture between 30 September-2 October.
Today we are honored to have guest seminars from @Palace_Museum #Beijing on the history, materiality and safeguarding of the #ForbiddenCity , as part of the #palamusto Dutch week
