Terrible service by @KuwaitAirways at @DelhiAirport. First they delay checkin by 2hrs for my senior citizen parents on grounds of non clarity of UK visa print which is not our fault. Then they do not even assist with expedited security and immigration even when they have delayed.

Had really hoped things would improve for the company after @TataCompanies aquisition. Unfortunately customer service is still the same. I think its high time to altogether stop booking flights from them. Worst customer experience.
The worst company in India in terms of customer service is gotta be @airindiain. I had to cancel tickets booked through them 2 months back due to a medical emergency and have been constantly writing them regarding the refund.
Have tried mailing, calling regional offices and filling feedback forms (as suggested by customer care) to no avail. Have not received a single reply from AirIndia even after every of their autoreply mentioning that they will get back in 24-48 hours.
Our paper "Verbose:Designing a Context-based Educational System for Improving Communicative Expressions" will be featured in @ACMMobileHCI on 30 Sep. It was among my initial projects as a PhD student & has taught me so much about persistance, patience & resilience in research
We finally did it.. ๐๐ It was a looong and tiring journey but a fruitful one. Hv learnt so much in this whole experience. @ACMMobileHCI here we come.. ๐ฉโ๐ปor ๐งณ.. ๐ค
Moving on, weavers Akash, @ManshulB and @NamanOnline got their paper " Verbose : Designing a Context-based Educational System for Improving Communicative Expressions" accepted @ACMMobileHCI 2021. It was a long quest but as they say "Perseverance is the key to all triumphs".
@wobbrockjo Although Im not working on it currently but I hv in the past and hopefully will in future. I believe that is how technology is supposed to be. Accessible computing to me feels the right way of working in tech. Nothing has given me much more satisfaction of my work being correct.
Also, I have even tried mailing Myntra about this via mail, however I got a reply stating "We are currently not accepting emails" and your Contact Us is for sure not very efficiently working, therefore I have to use twitter.
@myntra I had ordered some item just before the lockdown started which I wish to return. I contacted Myntra support twice during the lockdown (IN20040817513688623285) and they assured me that I will be allowed to return my items once Myntra starts operation post lockdown
Moreover, this time she asked me to use the "Call Us" option on your app in case I have further queries which is unavailable btw since Friday. Kindly look into the issue and provide a resolution since this is becoming a hassle now.
This has happened even after I have mentioned in both these requests (with screenshots) that you people had assured me during the lockdown that I will be able to return items post lockdown even if the 30 day period crosses.
I created another request then (bcz again I was not allowed to reply on the previous one) explaining this whole story with all request IDs (IN20052816371825889332), however again the executive closed the issue by saying that I cannot return because 30 day return period is over.
