@UberIN_Support I was unable to log into my Uber app due to the lack of 8digit backup code n raised the issue through support on May 16. After multiple follow-ups, your team finally asked on May 20 for permission to disable 2-step verification, which I provided immediately.

Since giving permission, I have written to your team multiple times and received zero response. The 2-step verification has still not been disabled and I remain locked out of my account. This level of support & lack of communication is unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently.
The agents keep saying that we deliver it with insulation but there was no insulation. Gave me an option for some worthless brand coupon, i don't care for that coupon. I want my full refund or I'll press this matter in consumer court for duping the customer and faulty delivery.

@MTPHereToHelp Goregaon West from the station to Bangur Nagar. Almost most of the Rs 26 minimum metered auto have two dots and the dot in the corner stops blinking when the vehicle is stationary. Is this new normal or are meters tampered?
@Uber_India why am I charged booking fee on every trip. And this charge is not intimated during booking. Not going to book you next time since the charges are so high w.r.t. the trip charges, it doesn't make sense. And you haven't even responded to my last query sent via DM.

@ola_supports I was charged cancellation fee when I didn't even cancel any ride. Infact I booked a ride, took the ride n paid for it via ola money. When my ride charges were deducted, additional 50 rs were deducted for no reason.
