@SwailesRuth Worked in early years for 13 years. 3-4 yr olds in a setting in a school, access to everything the school had access to, but trying to explain to successive leadership the difference in provision needs even from nursery to reception was exhausting!

@MoneySavingExp Portions are huge. We used to order food for two and plates for the kids so they could share. At that time it was around $2 for a plate.

@TheNewsAgents I once had a cocktail with essence of orange. The bartender basically wafted an orange peel over the glass. Made no impact on the taste - is that the type of essence she has?

@DrFrancesRyan I used to work at a school in a very deprived area, uniform was available at any supermarket and a badge provided for ironing/sewing on to jumper/cardigan. New head recently and now everything from PE kit to book bag is branded and hugely expensive.
