@ECGghOfficial_0 What is going on with you guys? Every single day this week, you’ve turned off my lights. On top of that, we had a 27-hour blackout, and when the power was finally restored at 3 PM today, you turned it off again by 7 PM

@ECGghOfficial_0 The most frustrating part is that every time we call, we’re told the same lie, with no real effort to solve the issue. I personally have been reporting this same problem for three months now. And to make matters worse, our ECG prepaid units keep disappearing

@ECGghOfficial_0 what exactly is wrong with you guys? It has been 40hrs of light out in my neighborhood, I called and the story is that “it is because of the rain” but there was no single drop of rain in my area, even yesterday’s heavy rain didn’t grace us.
