You know pilots are trained for a crash, Nobody wants to crash but nevertheless you will be examined for it. The examiner expects you to memorize how to “properly” crash a plane and deal with emergencies.
Apply the same logic in life, at one point, you will fail. So plan accordingly.
Nobody talks about the personality shift in your 30s where you no longer want to be impressive, you just want to be rested, regulated, and completely unavailable to anything that drains you
You think people respect strength. They respect restraint. Anyone can escalate. Very few can hold position without reacting. The ability to not respond when expected creates psychological pressure. Silence, used correctly, forces others to expose themselves.
Be a paradox - ruthless and kind, disciplined and untamed, humble and proud, dangerous and gentle, skeptical and faithful, proletarian and aristocratic, cold in judgment and warm in affection, patient in strategy and decisive in action, private yet magnetic, ambitious without desperation, powerful without cruelty, civilized without becoming soft, and independent without becoming isolated.
Chicago, it’s good to be home!
Michelle and I built the Obama Presidential Center to be a place where people of all ages can learn, play, and work – and we can't wait to welcome you all later this week!
Being broke and miserable in your 60s and 70s starts with choices you make in your 20s and 30s. Do not relax. Grind 18 hours a day, 7 days a week. No days off. Just God, hustle, eat, sleep. It's the only way out.
Being "unemployed" with a secret side hustle is the ultimate life hack. Your parents think you're broke, your relatives think you're struggling, and the village people have given up on you. No WhatsApp contribution groups, zero financial expectations, just you quietly enjoying your money in pure peace. 😂🤫

Show your Reliability & Trustworthiness.
Do not promise if you can’t deliver.
My own cup is empty. This is why I am currently unable to pour into others. If anyone cares about me, this is the time to pour into me. Even the strongest soldiers sometimes get vulnerable and need rest.
Aura grows when you stop trying to be universally agreeable and start becoming deeply aligned; the man who knows what he wants, enforces his standards, and refuses to dilute himself for acceptance becomes someone others adjust to rather than someone who adjusts for them
Stop calling people lazy because they’re unemployed. They’ve probably applied to 100 jobs they were qualified for, got ghosted, received underpaid offers, and dealt with constant rejection. This system is broken, not their work ethic.
