Many muscle invasive bladder cancer patients are cured with surgery. These patents don’t need adjuvant therapy. CtDNA identifies patients at risk of relapse. ctDNA+ves also appear to benefit from adjuvant atezo. Imvigor011 (below) validates this and has screened its first patient
