here´s a checklist you can use to get started:

1. ASD-STE100 simplified technical english, short sentences, limited vocabulary, kills the hedging and overexplaining
2. Zinsser's four principles, simplicity, brevity, clarity, humanity
3. forbidden .md, the patterns you have banned, staccato pairs, antithesis reframes, backward references
4. voice-dna .md, your casing, rhythm and lexicon written as rules
5. example .md files, a handful of your published posts
6. the model pick, earlier opus, kimi or grok, opus 5 is too wordy right now
7. channels, the same idea drafts different for X, email and a landing page

two rules while it runs:

> stay under 50% of the context window, quality drops fast past it, call subagents when you need depth
> use an independet eval agent to review every draft against the rules

hand edit every draft before you publish anything, we don´t want any slop

every slop you catch becomes a new addition to forbidden .md, the harness gets better everytime you find something to improve
