Similar to population issue, you have record enrolments at major universities in Ontario
Availability of campus housing is severely limited and students have to look elsewhere for accommodation after 1st year
Look to Kitchener, Hamilton, or Geulph for condo investment in precon
Canada needs immigration but the rate needs to be slowed, with an equal emphasis placed on bolstering infrastructure
I.e. unaffordable housing and rents , excessive time spent in traffic, overburdened healthcare system, etc.
