This train doesn't seem to be moving. I should have been home (Dhanbad) by now but still waiting at source station (Jhajha) with no certainty of when the train will arrive. It's running approx 8 hrs late right now. I have a patient waiting for me at home. Plz Help! @PiyushGoyal

Lessons learnt:
Try not to book through Travel agencies. Most are bunch of cheats.
Air India customer care are dishonest and lacks transparency.

@airindiain Thats the problem Sir/Madam.. my travel agency @alanitatravel isn't sharing any refund application number and insisting that Air India is not refunding the money. If you disagree with them, plz state so here. Its been 13 months since my money is held.

@airindiain I spoke to @alanitatravel again just now and they stated again that @airindiain is not processing refund. They r only processing partially used ticket refund. I haven't used the tickets so will have to wait. This is scam!!

@airindiain I have shared my ticket numbers and email id in DM couple of times. If you really care, plz email with the confirmation that you are processing refunds via travel agency, which my travel agency is denying.

@Avanish29 No buddy, I have not. Travel agency @alanitatravel is blaming AirIndia @airindiain for not allowing refunds and AirIndia in turn are asking for a ghost RA number which travel agency deny having one. I am stuck in the loop between these two scamsters!!
