Even though this is for a specific event, I hope three wheelers will be banned from all flyovers in India. The traffic chaos they cause on flyovers is unimaginable. At least fast growing cities like Bengaluru and Hyderabad should ban autorickshaws from all flyovers.

@DearthOfSid I somewhat agree but I also think that the party naturally grooms people for leadership. Should they have to decide by next month, I'd say there is plenty to take that mantle; Shailaja, Rajeev, Rajesh, Riyaz, Veena... Anyone of them would actually take it if the Party asks them.

You're witnessing a phenomena called ''cow vigilantism''.

It's where people spend their days trying to crash trucks on the road, which 'might be' carrying cows.

There is no punishment for such behavior, instead, vigilantes frequently beat drivers severely (and to death) after stopping the truck (via chase, spikes, or roadblocks like what you see here in 2026 (Odisha, Balasore)—vigilantes spiked the road, assaulted the driver (and helper) transporting cattle; the helper died from injuries while in treatment.

No one was prosecuted because it was a cow they saved, therefore the murder was just.

What's the point of paying a hefty toll everyday if you are being blocked at every lane by heavy vehicles driving at low speed? @HYDTP @NHAI_Official Heavy trucks and buses ply on all lanes on the Outer Ring Road, making it unsafe to drive for smaller cars. Massive violations!
