30/04 got call tht consignment has arrived

I was told to inform 1 day in advance to deliver. Since Saturday I am following up for delivery but getting no support from customer service and partner. My lagguage includes my bed, furniture etc.
Will you pay for the hotel charges I am incurring since Saturday?

I’m getting 2 calls daily. I have a/c with you since 2019 which gets credited with salary every month. Why you think I need 50k personal loan?
