I booked my Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 on 29 Dec 2025 from Erragadda, Hyderabad showroom, with a promised delivery of the 3rd–4th week of January.

However, the app showed the bike as dispatched around 7–8 Jan, and since then the delivery date has changed at least 10 times.

This level of inconsistency across the app, customer care, and dealership is unacceptable especially when other brands manage deliveries within days. Kindly look into this urgently and bring clarity. This has been a very frustrating ownership experience before delivery.
