@airtelindia I had rise shifting request within same area, even after 2 days no one response ..this is the quality of Airtel service.. you dont want customer now, i think you had enough customers now, thats why you hardly think about customer service..
@Airtel_Presence you are wasting customer resources, time , money , your executive force to rise ticket on 121 or Airtel thanks App. once it get rise you people ask his mobile no. dsl id no. you all ars playing with the customer..
@Airtel_Presence once the customer rise request through Airtel thanks App.and shared ref. no. even after that you will asked Dsl Id and Mobile No. what is the purpose to rising ticket. pls shared your technician no. will contact them , like any any other Local ISP format.
