Sucedió entre 6.04 am (momento que llegué a la estación)y 6.26 am momento que tomé el transporte)

@metrodemedellin Si, siempre lo hago , de hecho el qr que me genera después de usar la primera parada es la de la estación la palma , un qr nuevo. Pero no dejó, al colocarlo en el lector dice acceso no permitido, ya es la segunda vez que me pasa

@metrodemedellin buenos días, el día de hoy voy viajando estación los pinos - industriales , utilizando la civica, el ingreso a estación los pinos ok, ingreso el qr en la palma y aparece acceso no valido, tuve que comprar una tarjeta para viajar..allí qué? Hay alguna solución?
