The anger from my manager was totally unfounded and unnecessary. He let it slip my "lack of performance"(???) was being monitored on cameras

If I continued working there, I would no longer feel comfortable mentally. I would be too scared to take breaks or go to the washroom

Yesterday I experienced a situation at work where one of my managers blew up at me to the point it was breaking my workers rights (being monitored, cannot take breaks)

I was really scared but today I walked in and resigned

I'm glad I had the courage to stand up for myself 🧡
