Digital Benchmark (Americas) - our team is in the midst of a very complex assessment of a Telco's digital tool set. From seeing how connected the websites are to their marketing flows, to evaluating the click paths in their eShop, to analyzing process flow maps and integrations - we are giving them an assessment of their growing eCommerce business, including over 30 recommendations for NOW and WHAT'S NEXT.

[PICTURE] Here's the aim - frustration free shopping. As the 1st mover in their markets in this space, they are going to drive a significant uplift on volume through what is a growing and under-served channel for them.

Sales Training Client (Americas) - after the roaring success of our "Showtime" proof of concept, one of our clients has commissioned us to train 20 of their top retail leads in person, as well as delivering all 4 eLearning modules to their 90+ retail staff. That's a few weeks in the Caribbean sunshine for one of our lucky sales trainers, as we turbo charge sales increases well above 15% in their stores.

THE RESULTS ARE IN! Our Proof of Concept offer last month has now concluded, with SO MANY CLIENTS moving onto full roll-outs as the material is just AMAZING.

Benchmark Client (Middle East) - prepping for a 7 day trip to visit a client to evaluate their entire Consumer Sales Strategy, with a view to leaving them a 3-4 year roadmap, with quick win projects ready for first half of 2026 that drive commercial performance by the year end.
