@gamingwithjuli Both. Frequent headaches & I’m lactose intolerant but I love milkshakes, cheese, etc 😩 but I recently found a lactase enzyme supplement that u take with ur first bite of dairy… Seriously like 9 times out of 10 I won’t have any stomach issues, gas, bloating, etc 😇
