@TheAA_UK Our van was never recovered by the AA. We arranged for it to be taken to a garage close to our breakdown location. Our request disappeared from the app with no follow up to check we were OK. Poor poor service, will be cancelling our policy instead of wasting our money.

@TheAA_UK What a poor do, broke down 24 hours ago, AA app not working so no updates, over three hours trying to speak to someone for an update. No one even bothered to check we are OK in 30 degree temperatures, recovery cancelled in the app... shamefully shocking service...
