To my knowledge, that's the first RING-E3 ligase inhibitor that targets the catalytic domain. Through an awesome intramolecular glue. The idea of targeting RING-E3s with molecular glues goes back to a white paper that TCG bet on almost 15 years ago, resulting in @Nurix_Tx. 🙏💪
