Back with the wonderful FirstLight- an amazing organisation who support parents & relatives who have had a child die. We are doing a day reviewing policies, doing a trauma infused walk through, looking at their processes to enrich & quality assure, & designing a new pack of resources for this context. Love how they are spending time to reflect on their practice & look for ways to enrich.
