I really like the time based multiplier model they are using, but strongly dislike that no points are accrued during the first month.

The statement “we will re-evaluate” needs to be clarified.

Royco/Boyco is based on a system of bidding for liquidity where market participates know the variables that they are accepting in exchange for liquidity/time.

So if “re-evaluation” means there could be additional rewards if hurdle rates are not being hit on 3rd party vaults, sure that’s only to the good. But if there might be a rebalancing between buckets (reduction in major rewards) due to liquidity targets for majors not being met then this would seem to be changing the rules of the game in the ninth inning.
