@WestJet I had my call back scheduled for today at 3pm. Have been waiting since Monday for this call. 5 minutes in I got disconnected and have now been on hold for over 2 hours and 40 minutes. I can't get another call back scheduled until Wednesday after already waiting 4 days!!

@jacqbrasseur @WestJet Happened to me too. My callback was at 3. Got a prompt call, 5 minutes into the call I got disconnected. Been on hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes now and counting...can't even get a call back scheduled until Wednesday after I waited 4 days already!

@MLHealthUnit Can you book at one of the London Middlesex locations if you are from another region? It doesn't say anything about postal codes or address anywhere on the site. I can't get through to speak to anyone and have been calling all day.
