@Delta your friends from Air france, through which I've booked a trip, just managed to downgrade three out of four flights with delta from premium select to comfort+. they say they can't switch to premium select. can you help?

@Delta That's what I was afraid of a bit. They tried convincing me that I couldn't have booked premium select even though I have the original ticket that says just that. Do you maybe have another contact point at Air France, e.g. an agent at Munich Airport I could talk to?
