To anyone sweating $KEEL not having leases signed. As time goes on, there is likely going to be a significant increase that they will be able to charge their customers. I see similarities between this situation and the value of the leases that were signed when fracking started.

I intended to buy a phone with a list price of $1,399.00 in your store, but you couldn’t be bothered. I guess trying to upsell someone into a new case is more important than someone who would take five minutes and be done. Your company policy is complete garbage.

I then say, “please put me on that waitlist.” The response…. “People who are buying phones can’t be put on the waitlist, you will just have to wait.” So your policy is to ignore people with money in hand and spend more time with people who DON’T know what they want?

I walked in THREE minutes after the store opened. Maybe 8 customers in the store. I tell them why I’m there, she says “go wait by the 2nd table and someone will come see you.” Then probably 12-15 more people enter and are put on the waitlist. I’m standing there, ignored.
