@AskDoctorNate @ivoryturnediii I was a child protection social worker and had to remove children from their parents. I always tried ensure that they had a case to put their clothing in, no matter how little/much they had. The fostering system is broken and it's the children/young who are suffering 😢😔

@DonnaHa01028499 I agree, it’s about dignity, crisis or homelessness doesn’t mean you don’t deserve dignity! I worked in child welfare & gifted many of my youth duffel bags &journals. It was as important as the clinical & case management work I was doing at the time. Sometimes we forget humanity.
