Did you know that the Product2 object doesn't count towards the org storage limit?
Setup >"Rename Tabs and Labels" allows you to change the name to anything.
Use that information wisely.
*hinting towards Developer Environments with a tiny 5MB storage limit* for personal projects

Apparently I joined Twitter 8 years ago!
That's also when I started my career as a #SalesforceAdmin. This used to be the place where all of the cool Salesforce people were hanging out. The world sure has changed a lot since then...

I just found out that it's not possible to add a custom lookup to the user object and making it required. I guess it makes sense, but I've never paid any attention to that before. No custom owner field I guess๐โโ๏ธ
Hey @trailhead I finally decided to turn on Career Mode for my profile, but the product selection when entering past work experiences is not up to date. I'd love to showcase my familiarity with #DataCloud and #Agentforce.
Personally for me, the magic died with the first Data Cloud / Agentforce deployment...
Overall very cumbersome and it feels more like an afterthought than anything else. We ran into several technical issues and had to end up creating support tickets...

excellent example of how to query user feedback to #Agentforce interactions. However, does it need to be like that?
I am having a hard time getting the visibility into the feedback that would be needed to develop our agent further๐ฅฒ
Today is Agentforce Worldtour in Helsinki ๐ซ๐ฎ
Time to put on my #trailblazer hoodie, meet some old friends and hopefully get to know some new ones. Meet you there!
I just stumbled upon another Salesforce mystery that I cannot explain. It isn't possible to create a record triggered flow on the Pricebook2 object. Why? You tell me.

The plot thickens. While it is possible to add a custom external id field to the Account Contact Relationship object, it is impossible to do the same for the Opportunity Contact Relationship object ๐ง Why is that?

We live in a world of constant FOMO. But maybe it is okay to miss out sometimes. I don't need to be everywhere, all the time, at once and feel bad if I miss something from time to time. I will be trying to accept it's OKTMO (okay to miss out) at times.
Why Do Salesforce Data Cloud Implementations Fail? https://t.co/1bqQel61TM really good article if you're planning to dip your toes into a Data Cloud project.
I really like the new Agent blazer Hoodies. But I honestly miss the times when we were all just trailblazers. The ecosystem felt more connected back then.
Which means, if a customer contact acts in several roles during an opportunity, you would either have to add the same contact to the same opportunity twice (with different roles), or use incomplete data and only pick the main role.
