@LyalinDotCom I have been using Google Meet since 2020 and only use Zoom when there are more than 50 attendees.

I've never had a reason to switch other than when participants exceed 50, and I've never had any complaints about using Google Meet.

@vidxn_ This is overstated and increasingly fuzzy. Many good medical and assistive systems now use generative techniques too.

The claim that AI steals from artists is also contested, not a settled fact. Many cases are still ongoing in court and have not yet reached a final decision.

@dyiapanis I get the artists' frustration, and those feelings are valid. Calling training "stealing" or "copy-pasting" comes from not understanding the mechanics under the hood. The big copyright cases are still ongoing and haven’t reached a final resolution. It's really a grey area.

@AIandDesign I've met a lot of them, and their concern about AI is valid. But yeah, the ones who spend most of their time yapping about their hate for AI just yap on the net, no works, no art, forever work in progress but no progress at all in 3 months. Yapping is all they do.

@TimJayas Google knows a walled garden means devs bounce straight to Cursor. Nobody cares about corporate tribalism, if Sonnet codes tighter frontend and Gemini cooks with massive context, multi-model routing keeps builders locked inside their IDE. Pure developer mindshare play.
