Never shopping @BestBuyCanada again!! Purchased 2 recliners online on Nov 27. Was given 12/14 delivery upon ordering. 1st chair delivered on 12/22, 2nd nowhere to be found. After multiple times of being told someone would get back to me in 24/48 hours. I’m no further ahead.

Called again today and was told investigation was started on 12/23 and I would have to wait 7-10 business days for resolution. No manager will speak to you, no sense of urgency. #completelydisgusted #BestBuy #dontshopbestbuy

My last chat on 12/23 with 2 separate agents indicated they could give me a refund. I also spoke to an agent who said she would contact her managers and get this resolved and would get back to me. Once again nothing..zero communications from @BestBuyCanada unless I call.
